About us：

We are a Chinese Barbecue restaurant in Edmonton. We offer different sorts of Chinese-style Barbecue dishes.

Job duties:

·      Evaluate daily operations

·      Monitor staff performance

·      Plan and organize daily operations

·      Recruit staff

·      Set staff work schedules

·      Conduct performance reviews

·      Organize and maintain inventory

·      Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·      Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·      Address customers' complaints or concerns

·      Manage events

Skills requirements:

·      Completion of secondary school is required.

·      Completion of a college program is preferred.

·      At least 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required.

·      Must have good communication and management skills.
