Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary School

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks

Personal Suitability: Dependability, Judgement, Reliability and Flexibility

Specific Skills:

• The supervision of all cleaning staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
• Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
• Reviewing work schedules
• Ordering of cleaning materials
• Monitoring of all cleaning activities
• Train new cleaners and assist cleaners in performing duties.
• Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
