About the Company:

FEI Express is a courier services company and a designated retailer for UPS and SF Express, founded in 2018. As our business is rapidly expanding, we are looking to hire a Delivery Driver Supervisor (NOC 72024) to manage and oversee the daily operation of over 700 delivery drivers. The partner companies handle HR and payroll only; this role is focused on driver operations, supervision, and logistics training.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist contract companies with driver recruitment and interviews.

Oversee driver onboarding and training, including:

  a) Training in mobile operating systems.

  b) Parcel delivery and proof-of-delivery procedures.

  c) Handling of undelivered parcels and condo access scenarios.

  d) Addressing recipient callbacks and complaints.

Manage driver schedules, timetables, and route planning.

Oversee driver safety and daily operations, including:

  a) Monitoring driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle sticker validity.

  b) Enforcing vehicle inspection and maintenance logging.

Lead safety compliance and training:

  a) Lost or damaged parcel procedures, incorrect delivery handling.

  b) Guidelines for transporting special items.

Provide weather-specific training and instructions:

  a) Vehicle readiness for winter.

  b) Emergency delivery adjustments during severe conditions.

Implement ongoing education for drivers on:

  a) New traffic regulations.

  b) Updated courier protocols and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum college education.

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or courier services, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

• Valid driver’s license preferred.

• Willingness to work on-site and in noisy environments.
